Privacy Policy
Farmer's Books · Last updated August 22, 2026
Farmer's Books is a private bookkeeping application operated by Farmer's — Butcher & Farmstop ("Farmer's," "we," "us") for its own business. This policy describes what the Application processes and how.
1. What the Application processes
- Farmer's own financial records: bank and card transactions, vendor names, amounts, and accounting categories from Farmer's QuickBooks Online company.
- Invoices and receipts sent by Farmer's vendors to Farmer's own mailboxes (e.g. invoice@farmersnola.fyi).
The Application processes business records, not consumer data. It has no public sign-up and collects nothing from visitors to this site.
2. How information is used
Solely to organize, categorize, and reconcile Farmer's own books — for example, matching a vendor charge to an accounting category. Information is never sold, rented, or used for advertising.
3. Where information lives
Data stays in accounts Farmer's owns: its QuickBooks Online company (Intuit) and its Google Workspace account. Those providers' own security and privacy terms apply to data held on their platforms.
4. Sharing
Information is not shared with third parties, except the service providers named above as required to operate the Application, or where required by law.
5. Retention & access
Records are retained as long as Farmer's needs them for bookkeeping and legal purposes. Access is limited to Farmer's and the people it authorizes.
6. Changes
Updates to this policy will be posted at this page.
