End-User License Agreement

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of Farmer's Books (the "Application"), a private bookkeeping application operated by Farmer's — Butcher & Farmstop ("Farmer's," "we," "us") of New Orleans, Louisiana, for its own business operations.

1. Private, single-company use

The Application is an internal tool. It is used solely by Farmer's and people Farmer's authorizes, to organize and categorize Farmer's own financial records. It is not offered for sale, subscription, or general public use.

2. License

Authorized users are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Application for Farmer's bookkeeping. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

3. Third-party services

The Application connects to third-party services — including QuickBooks Online (Intuit Inc.) and Google Workspace — under those services' own terms. Nothing in this Agreement modifies your agreements with those providers.

4. No warranty

The Application is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmer's disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmer's shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

6. Changes

We may update this Agreement from time to time; the current version will always be available at this page.
